The specific purpose for which the corporation is organized is: 

     To honor and celebrate active duty military service and the sacrifices they (to include their families) make to maintain the freedoms we enjoy daily.  Supporting Americas Finest, Inc. will plan, organize, and conduct concerts while inviting the military (through the City of Tampa) as guests to attend the concert at no cost.

     Through corporate sponsorships, donations, and sales of tickets, funds will be raised and donated to the TBI/Recreational Therapy Unit, James A. Haley, VA Hospital, Tampa, Florida.  

     A reserve of funds will be maintained for the purpose of responding to specific needs of active duty military personnel as these needs are expressed.

     Sponsorship funds and/or donations are tax exempt under Internal Revenue Service (IRS) code 501 (c) (3).  Tax certificate attached.
